Abstract

In this new era, technology has become too important in everyday life, it is used for communication, entertainment and even to find employment, even so, the search for this is increasingly competitive and difficult, especially if the person doing it is a young university student without any experience, because of this young university students must prepare in the best way. In the same way that companies and recruiters seek to create a digital reputation and a brand image, candidates also must create a 2.0 strategy based on creating, sharing, and talking. It is about making yourself visible so that opportunities can find you. More and more companies are using new technologies as a recruiting tool, this new form is called recruitment 2.0, as Adecco thinks about Social Networks and the job market, the relevance that currently web 2.0 has when it comes to finding employment has grown exponentially.
