One of the main questions of intellectual capital focuses on is how intellectual capital can be used to support product innovation and improve organizational performance. The objective of this research is to review the literature to examine the relationship between intellectual capital, product innovation and organizational performance. To analyze the scientific articles, the methodology proposed by Levy and Ellis (2006) was used. As conclusions, the recent findings of the existing relationship between these concepts are mentioned.
