Abstract

Organizations seek to implement and developing knowledge management making use of innovation, corporate agility can be achieved. It is intended to validate if high variability of the economic environment forces organizations to implement corporate agility principle based on knowledge management theory and determining if market variability generates creation of new knowledge in a dynamic way as well as a robust implementation of administration and control integrated structures with high impact within organizations, allowing coexistence between corporate agility principle and knowledge management statements, being both two fronts against volatile environments, without forgetting all perspectives involved in its correct execution: individual, group and organizational, known as intellectual capital.
