Abstract

Young people live in a situation where they do not have access to a job that can cover their basic needs. The different problems that young people face when getting a job in the formal economy have the consequences that the jobs they get are precarious. In many countries, admission to higher education remains a social option. With the increasing proportion of the group enrolled in higher education and many students are heterogeneous in higher education, more and more academics highlight the large disparities in 'quality' among university students, such as combining study and work. In recent years, public employment services have been created so that young people have an effective job search, have training for people, the unemployed face the demands of the labor market and provide access to social services for the unemployed in search of new jobs of work.
