Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Tourism Industry

The emergence of ICTs (New Information Technologies) has come to revolutionize most organizations through the management of information through the use of the Internet and programs that allow them to design strategies to reach a greater number of consumers. Artificial Intelligence is the latest in the development of the internet that allows us to understand situations and give quick responses to the requested information (Zlatanov, Popesku (2019). The purpose of this research is to show the impact that Artificial Intelligence has as a digital tool in the tourism industry. Methodology An in-depth investigation was carried out based on various scientific articles where various topics related to the essence of the research were considered, from which the sequence of concepts addressed in the topic could be structured. Conclusion The development that New Information Technologies have had has come to cause changes in the Tourism industry, through the automation of services, thereby generating a range of opportunities. Artificial Intelligence has the ability to synthesize various ideas simultaneously and answer questions while offering valuable information to tourists. Additionally, AI allows companies to offer real-time answers that humans often cannot.
