Peer review process
All papers submitted to Nau Yuumak Advances in Research on Organizations and Management undergo a double-blind peer review by specialized evaluators, chosen according to the work's field of knowledge. This process protects the identities of both authors and evaluators, ensuring an evaluation process that does not exceed six months from submission to response and editing.
Upon receipt, each article is analyzed using similarity review programs and artificial intelligence. The journal’s policy is to accept up to 20% similarity. Articles verified to use any level of artificial intelligence are not published
