Reception and Evaluation Processes

All works received for publication undergo various evaluations. Upon receipt of each article, it undergoes scrutiny through plagiarism detection programs, which assess its similarity with other articles; furthermore, programs are utilized to determine if they are authored by artificial intelligence. It is the journal's policy not to publish works showing any level of artificial intelligence use; additionally, up to 20% similarity with other articles is permitted in the results. This constitutes an initial quality filter to ensure research reliability and uphold the journal's professional ethics.

Following this initial filter, the article's compliance with general publication guidelines is verified, including basic aspects of content, formalities, and citation. Subsequently, specialized academics are selected to conduct evaluations in accordance with the article's area of knowledge. The arbitration is double-blind, safeguarding the identities of both authors and evaluators and promoting impartiality throughout the process.

Upon conclusion, authors receive a verdict, which may result in three resolutions: accepted, accepted with corrections, or rejected. In the case of acceptance with corrections, authors are provided with two weeks to submit a revised version of their article, addressing the remarks from the verdict and adhering to the journal’s norms and policies. We endeavor to ensure that the evaluation process does not exceed six months, considering the time for reception, response, and editing.
