Information For Librarians
The journal publishes articles about social, economic, administrative, and accounting sciences. It has a biannual frequency, with issues released every March and September; the first issue was published in March 2022. All our issues adhere to an open access policy, following the Budapest Initiative Budapest Initiative, allowing free online availability without restrictions, to enhance visibility, readability, and international impact.
The journal is distributed through the computing network of the University of Sonora and is edited by the Department of Accounting. We have an Editorial Board comprised of national and international members with editorial and research experience. We collaborate with the Interinstitutional Interdisciplinary Network of Administration and Management in Organizations. Digital preservation of the journal is carried out in the repository of the Digital Library of the University of Sonora.
Each published article undergoes plagiarism screening using the iThenticate tool before evaluation and editing. This ensures its originality and protects the rights of the author, in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and ethical and privacy norms. Additionally, articles are peer-reviewed using a double-blind system, and if necessary, triple-blind, with specialized evaluators, to ensure article quality and impartiality of evaluation.
All articles include titles, abstracts, and keywords in both Spanish and English, categorized with the JEL (Journal of Economic Literature) code. Currently, the journal is in the process of indexing in national and international platforms, databases, indices, directories, and portals, and its DOI (Digital Object Identifier) is pending.
The journal Nau Yumaak Avances de Investigación en Organizaciones y Gestión does not receive sponsorship, nor does it accept commercial advertising. Additionally, no fees are charged for the submission, evaluation, rejection, approval, editing, or publication of articles. It is fully funded by the Disciplinary Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Department of Accounting, University of Sonora.
