Editorial policies of collaborations
- General publication rules. The authors are committed to complying with the standards for publication of works: the requirement of originality and unpublished character; adjustment of the theme to the lines of the magazine; mandatory initial registration of the full names of the authors, institution, positions and order of authorship, which cannot be changed later; mandatory use of citations and references in accordance with current APA regulations; all figures, images, tables, charts and annexes that are part of the work must contain their complete source and a quality and definition suitable for publication; in references, only citations referred to in the text of the work may be presented.
- Originality and plagiarism. All authors must ensure that the data, results, and references are original and truthful, that they have not been invented, distorted, or manipulated. If the similarity report detects unjustified coincidences that the authors do not recognize or correct, this will be considered a serious lack of responsibility on their part. Consequently, the work will be rejected, and a precedent will be set, which will be reported to editorial bodies.
- Authorship of the work. In case of multiple authorship, the one registered first will be considered the main author and responsible for the work. Only those who have contributed significantly to the conception, design and execution of the work will be accepted as authors. The responsible author will be the conduit for communicating the progress of the work in the editorial process, as well as the corrections and requirements for its publication.
- Number of authors. In multiple authorship articles, a number greater than three will not be allowed, in accordance with the established collaboration policies and standards,
- Coding of the article. The authors must establish the keywords that identify the theme and the common thread of the work. These words must be present in the work.
- Sources of information. The list of references of the sources used in the article may not include sources not cited or irrelevant to the topic of the work. If any information or figure with reserved rights is used, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain their permission of use and reproduction in the publication.
- Errors in publication. Authors are responsible for communicating to the journal any errors they detect in the publication of their work. When the error is significant and has been transcribed in the article, the authors will be responsible for communicating the relevant correction to the journal in a timely manner. If the error has been caused in the editing process, the magazine will be responsible for its immediate correction.
- Conflict of interest. The authors are obliged to declare if the work enjoyed any type of financing or is part of a project, granting the corresponding credits in the data to be published. Or if you have some kind of relationship with the magazine.
