Abstract

The ideas embodied in this article have the purpose of exposing the importance of statistics in research, specifically with the Aristotelian, reductionist paradigm, in order to understand complex phenomena of organizations and thus be able to manage them better, statistics is a A useful tool that, being part of mathematics, is considered the universal language with which researchers communicate.
