Abstract

The ideas embodied in this article have the purpose of exposing the importance of statistics in research, specifically with the Aristotelian, reductionist paradigm, in order to understand complex phenomena of organizations and thus be able to manage them better, statistics is a A useful tool that, being part of mathematics, is considered the universal language with which researchers communicate. In conclusion, the advantages of the use of statistics are defined and with it implicitly the disadvantages by not interpreting adequately in the contexts of the phenomenon studied. he objective of this work was developed in relation to the research problem, its conceptualization and delimitation, it is interesting to discover that there are several authors, among them Cesar Augusto Bernal, Roberto Hernández Sampieri, who approach the approach of the problem under different perceptions product of their experience and particular way of verbalizing the different objects in the natural state in which they are located.
